What is collected
Information you give us. When you phone or submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb or address where the work is required, and whatever description, measurements or photographs you provide about the job. If you ring, we may keep a note of what was discussed.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server and analytics tools record technical data about your visit: IP address, the page you arrived from, the pages you viewed, the date and time, your browser and operating system, and the device type. This is aggregated traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not collect government identifiers, payment card details or health information through this website, and you should not send them to us.

Your enquiry details are used to respond to you and to refer you to one or more independent glaziers covering your area.
